Welcome to Bet on Bread, a cottage bakery specializing in handcrafted breads and pastries, we are committed to providing our customers with the finest baked goods and a delightful customer service experience. The following terms and conditions govern all use of our services and sales of our products.

1. Placing Orders: Orders can be placed via phone, email, online, or in-person visits. Please note that all orders will only be available for pick-up on the selected pick-up date.
2. Order Confirmation: All orders are subject to acceptance and confirmation by Bet on Bread. You will receive a confirmation email or SMS detailing your order specifics.

1. Payment Terms: Full payment is required at the time of order placement unless otherwise agreed upon.
2. Accepted Payment Methods: We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and online payment platforms.

1. Cancellations: To cancel an order, please contact us at least 48 hours before the scheduled pick-up date.
2. Modifications: Any modifications to your order must be requested within 24 hours of order confirmation and are subject to our ability to accommodate the request.

1. No-Show Definition: A 'no-show' is defined as failing to pick up your order on the selected pick-up date without prior notification.
2. No-Refund Policy for No-Shows: We do not offer refunds for no-shows. If you fail to collect your order on the selected pick-up date and have not notified us of any delays or need to reschedule, your payment will be non-refundable.
3. Rescheduling: In cases of emergency or unforeseen circumstances, we may, at our discretion, allow for the rescheduling of the pick-up date. Please contact us as soon as possible to discuss your situation.

1. Freshness Guarantee: We guarantee the freshness and quality of our baked goods at the time of pick-up. If you are not satisfied with the quality of your purchase, please let us know immediately.
2. Allergies and Dietary Restrictions: Please inform us of any allergies or dietary restrictions at the time of your order. We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate your needs.

Bet on Bread shall not be liable for any failure to perform our obligations where such failure results from any cause beyond our reasonable control, including, but not limited to, mechanical, electronic, or communications failure or degradation.

We reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. The most current version of the terms will supersede all previous versions.
