We’re Sam & Isabella.

 

  

Isabella is the baker. Sam is the everything else guy. Together, we started Bet on Bread because we believed Las Vegas deserved better bread. Bread made with real ingredients, real time, and real care.

Isabella brings her Colombian roots and a relentless attention to craft to every single loaf. We source organic wheat berries and mill them fresh before every bake. Our sourdough is naturally leavened and cold fermented for 60 to 75 hours. No commercial yeast, no preservatives, no compromises.

We operate out of both our home kitchen and a licensed commissary for wholesale and commercial orders. Whether you’re grabbing a loaf at the farmers market or ordering for your restaurant, you’re getting the same thing: bread we’d feed our own family.

 Behind every loaf at our bakery is Isabella, the artisan baker, and Sam, her supportive husband and partner in craft. Together, we are dedicated to creating sourdough and artisanal breads that stand apart in quality and taste. We prioritize the finest ingredients and fresh-mill our flour to ensure each bite is memorable. Our mission is simple: to share our passion for bread-making with you, in every meticulously crafted loaf. Join us in celebrating the art of baking, where each slice is a testament to our commitment and love for what we do.

    • Thursday: GVR Farmers Market, 9am to 1pm

    • Saturday: Downtown Summerlin, 9am to 2pm

    • Sunday: St. Rose (8am to 1:30pm) or UnCommons (10am to 2pm)
